The first day of school is almost here! A few important reminders as your family prepares for the 2026–27 school year:
- Order Your PS 6 Grade T-Shirt — by Monday, August 10
Please complete the Grade T-Shirt Form. Be sure to enter your child’s name (not your own) and use your child’s current shirt size as a guide, as we are unable to exchange sizes. - Welcome Back Town Hall — Thursday, September 3 at 10:00 a.m. via zoom
Meeting ID: 910 1595 5255 and Passcode: 814440 - Annual Meet & Greet — Wednesday, September 9 from 1:00–1:45 p.m.
Children are invited to visit their new classrooms and say a quick “hello” to their new teachers. - Contribute to School Supplies
PS 6 asks families for a recommended contribution of $225 per child to support classroom supplies, specialist materials, curriculum resources, and online instructional programs. Learn more and contribute here. - Register for PS 6 After School Programs
Registration remains open for PK–5th Grade students. Explore programs and reserve your child’s spot here. After school programs begin September 10.
